Sauvignon Blanc and Chinese just makes sense! I love the aromatic and tropical fruit flavours of an Aussie Sav Blanc such as this one from McLaren Vale's @pennyshillcellars . I drink a lot of Orange and Mudgee wine so it is very hard to relate to what you guys are drinking, I am guessing though it must be pretty good 🍷
